a) Affiliated Member- any charges?: Yes as follows;

Weekends/PHs (18 holes) Weekends/PH (9 holes)	PHP 4500 PHP 3350	PHP 5500 PHP 3550

b) Are Affiliated Members allowed to introduce Guests?: Yes / 3 guests

c) Are Walk-in Visitors allowed to play?: Yes
If so, is there a limitation on the no. of Walk-in Visitors per day?: No

d) Do Affiliated Members have to book in advance for a time-slot on weekdays and/or weekends?: Yes

If so when?: 2 weeks advance

e) Does the club impose on Affiliated Clubs a yearly maximum quota for visits/golf games by its members? Yes

f) How many visits/golf games is each Affiliated Member entitled to per calendar year?: 14 times

g) If this quota is exceeded, are Affiliated Members still allowed to play golf?: Yes
