Aikido is a spiritual discipline and self-defense method that focuses on using one’s energy to gain control of opponents. It places great emphasis on motion and the dynamics of movement.
Just like any type of martial art, aikido is a good cardiovascular workout. It also helps to prevent some health problems including obesity, diabetes and anxiety. Participants would also be able to gain some self-confidence as well as improved focusing ability.
*One month’s notice is required for any cancellation of classes, failing which one month’s fee will be debited to the Member’s account.
