With systematic practice of specific exercises coupled with focused breathing patterns, Pilates has proven itself invaluable not only as a fitness endeavor itself, but also as an important addition to professional sports training and physical rehabilitation.

Private Session (By Appointment Only): $204.40 per session (inclusive of 9% GST)
Member Fee: $70.85 per 4 classes / $21.80 per class / $17.72 per additional class (inclusive of 9% GST)
Guest Fee: $27.25 per class (inclusive of 9% GST)

*Guests must be accompanied by Members at all times

*One month’s notice is required for any cancellation of classes, failing which one month’s fee will be debited to Member’s account.
