b) Are Reciprocal Members allowed to introduce Guests? If so, how many are allowed per Reciprocal Member. Yes, 3 guests per visit
c) Do Reciprocal Members have to book in advance for a time-slot on weekdays and/or weekends?: 1 month advanced booking (weekdays play only). Weekend play is subject to the Club’s approval. SICC Members are to bring the Letter of Introduction, Membership card, Proof of Handicap and passports during their visit to Phoenix Resort Co. Ltd. Only cash or credit card payment are allowed at the club.
*All cancellations must be made 72 hours before the playing date. If members fail to cancel the flights before the 72 hours period more than twice, they will be suspended from Phoenix Resort Co. Ltd for 6 months.
e) Does the club impose on Reciprocal Clubs a yearly maximum quota for visits/golf games by its members? Yes
f) How many visits/golf games is each Reciprocal Member entitled to per calendar year? 6. A maximum of two flights are allowed for play during each visit.
